FinancialAnnouncements.com is free service. By submitting your announcement to this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant us (FinancialAnnouncements.com) an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute your submitted Announcement for any purpose on or in connection with FinancialAnnouncements.com or the promotion thereof, to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Announcement, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. (Not that we will.)
- This is a free service. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the website owner(s) from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may incur due to your use of this website, whether caused by negligence of website owner(s) or otherwise.
- Announcements are posted on a first-come, first-served basis. The site will try to post qualifying announcements in a timely manner, but no guarantees. It is the submitter’s responsibility to submit the announcement far enough in advance in order to make it effective. It is also the submitter’s risk that one of its competitors could submit an announcement at nearly the same time. Them’s the breaks.
